✅ Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer mishandling, items without original packaging, or perishable goods (if applicable).

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to process, depending on your payment method.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer (bank details must be provided).

💡 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

🔁 Exchange Option

If you’d like to exchange the item (same value), please let us know in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

📌 Important Notes

  • Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.

  • Items returned without original packaging or outside the 7-day window will not be eligible for refund.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy terms.
