  • Free Shipping is available on selected promotions or for orders above a certain threshold (e.g., RM100 within Malaysia).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
